As an FMCA certified health coach, I'm driven by a lifelong passion for exploring what truly creates health. My philosophy is clear: your food choices, movement, and mindset are the most powerful levers for a vibrant life—and yes, Hippocrates was right, food is medicine.
I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with chronic illness, helping them move beyond just managing symptoms to actively shaping their optimal health vision. You have the innate wisdom to know what you need; my role is to empower you to translate that knowing into action.
As Blaise Pascal, the 17th-century philosopher, wisely noted, "People are generally better persuaded by the reasons which they have themselves discovered than by those which have come into the mind of others" (Pensées, 1670).
